 Payment
Payments can be made either by cheque, direct transfer or Credit / Debit Card.
• Cheques should be made payable to ClimbFrance UK Ltd.
• Direct Transfers - please contact us for details of where to send your payment.
• Payment by Credit / Debit card can be done via our PayPal account at www.paypal.com We can accept card payments in both UK pounds (£) and euros.
Follow the instructions and send your payment to climbing@climbfrance.com Due to charges imposed on us there is an additional charge of £8 or 12 euros for using this service. PayPal is a secure and cost effective way of making payments via the internet, to find out more visit www.paypal.com or contact us.
Insurance
We insist that all clients have travel insurance
suitable for the activities they are undertaking. You will
be required to provide a copy of your insurance details prior
to the holiday commencing. For this we recommend BMC insurance
available at www.thebmc.co.uk or by phoning +44870 0104878.
Within Europe most travel insurance policies
a valid E111 certificate is also required for UK residents.
These can be obtained from your local Post Office.

Terms
and conditions
1.1 All holiday
bookings are made with ClimbFrance UK Ltd,
6 Manchester Road, Buxton, Derbyshire, SK176SB. Registered company n°5952528.
1.2 Places on ClimbFrance holidays can only
be reserved by paying a deposit of 30% of the total holiday
price.
1.3 Bookings should be made by completing
the official booking form. Notification of your booking will
be made via telephone and / or e-mail.
1.4 The balance of the holiday fee is payable
8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
1.5 If booking a holiday less than 8 weeks
prior to the commencement date, the full fee is due immediately.
1.6 Bookings made by under 18 year olds must
be accompanied by the signature of parent / guardian giving
full permission.
1.7 Under 16 year olds must be accompanied
by a responsible adult.
1.8 Before making any booking, we recommend
contacting ClimbFrance to fully discuss your requirements.
1.9 Rock climbing, mountaineering and related
activities are inherently dangerous and the risk of serious
injury or death cannot be completely eliminated. ClimbFrance
takes every care to ensure the safety of both clients and
staff and strives to minimize any risks during our holidays.
Participants should be aware of all risks involved and take
responsibility for their own actions.
1.10 ClimbFrance will not be responsible for any
injury, illness or death sustained on our climbing holidays,
nor will it be liable for any uninsured losses or damage to
property
Cancellation by client :
2.1 All cancellations must
be made in writing or via e-mail.
2.2 In the event of cancellation, ClimbFrance
will attempt to re-sell your place and refund any deposit paid,
less 10% to cover administration fees.
2.3 In the event of Climb France being unable
to sell your place the following cancellation fees will be charged.
8 or more weeks prior
to the commencement of the holiday: 50%.
2 – 8 weeks prior
to the commencement of the holiday: 75%
Less than two weeks prior
to the commencement of the holiday: 90%
Cancellation
by ClimbFrance:
3.1 ClimbFrance
aims to ensure that all advertised holidays run on the stated
dates, however we reserve the right to cancel any holiday.
We will notify you as soon as a decision to cancel has been
made.
3.2 ClimbFrance will give at least four weeks
notice of any cancellation.
3.2 In the event of cancellation, clients
will be entitled to either:
A full refund or all fees
paid.
A place on an alternative
holiday.

Travel
ClimbFrance provides all transport during our courses or holidays. All you need to do is get to one of the easily accessible pre-arranged meeting points outlined below. If you require any help or advice please contact us.
