ClimbFrance is run by dedicated climbers who share a passion for the sport and for the crags and mountains of France. We only provide climbing courses and holidays which means we specialise in what we do best.

ClimbFrance only work with small groups, ensuring maximum contact time with each client and a high degree of flexibility, so that your holiday becomes as individual as you are.

At ClimbFrance we realise how important good food and accommodation is to your holiday. All of our holidays and courses include accommodation and food, either at the ClimbFrance base, or in small hotels and guest houses, many with pools, which we have thoroughly researched to ensure the highest quality.

France is famous for its food and drink and our holidays allow you to sample many of the local specialities and wines. Meal times are always a high point with soups, fresh salads, local olives, cheeses, meats, fish, fruit and vegetables prepared to the highest standards.

We insist that food is of excellent quality, nutritionally balanced and makes the most of locally produced seasonal products. We are always happy to cater for those with special dietary requirements.

We ensure there is always a cold beer waiting in the fridge after a hard days climbing and a bottle of fine wine on the table each evening.

Prices are normally based upon two people sharing a twin room. For those wanting to book a single room there is an additional cost of £85 per week (where available).

At ClimbFrance we are aware of the detrimental impact foreign travel can have on the environment and the real concern people have regarding their ‘carbon footprint.’ Because of this we have joined the organisation 1% for the Planet and are committed to donating at least 1% of our annual sales to charities and organisations directly involved in reducing carbon emissions.

We feel this is a small amount to pay to help protect the environment we enjoy as outdoor people and conserve it for future generations.

On all of our courses we aim to source as much food from local organic producers as possible and will be installing solar water heating for our accommodation at the ClimbFrance base.
