Dylan started climbing when he moved to France eight years ago and is in charge of catering and hospitality at our base in Provence. During the winter he manages a busy bar and restaurant in the Alps.

 His unique catering style blends traditional French dishes with modern favourites and he insists on using only the finest, locally produced ingredients. Although mainly self taught he holds the relevant food safety and hygiene qualifications and is a firm believer in the importance of healthy and nutritious meals.

 When he isn't cooking he can be found making the most of the fantastic climbing nearby and is constantly striving to climb harder!
